                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
                   NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (CTI), TO ASSIST WITH
                   ANALYSIS OF FLOW MONITORING DATA FOR THE 
                   CHATTANOOGA CREEK INTERCEPTOR, FOR AN
                   ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION OF FIVE THOUSAND
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,000.00) FOR A REVISED
                   TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE OF SEVENTY THOUSAND AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($70,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with
       Consolidated Technologies, Inc. (CTI), to assist with the 
analysis
       of flow monitoring data for the Chattanooga Creek Interceptor, 
for
       an additional consideration of Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars
       ($5,000.00), for a revised total contract price of $70,000.00.
